How to raise the energy of your thoughts

Have you ever thought about the quality of your thoughts?

We may think of our thoughts as good or bad.

“I shouldn’t feel angry.” Why not? Why should you not feel angry? You do.

“I should be nicer.” Should you? Or it is that you’re trying to fit into a box? Why should you be nicer?

Rather than judging our thoughts on what they should be — what if we looked at if they serve us?

If we look at our thoughts from the energy they bring to our life, we can tell if they are serving us.

“I should know how to do this.”

High or low energy frequency? Low.

“I can do this.” High.

We can shift our thought just slightly, and elevate the thought to a higher energy level.

Try it.

What is the thought you have? How does it feel in your body? Then try a slightly different thought. How does that feel in your body. Does the slight change bring you more hope and energy?
