Have you ever thought about how much chatter fills your mind all day long?

What if you didn’t care about the politics in the office — you know, what if you gave zero fucks about it? If you didn’t let your mind tell you all the things your partner was doing wrong, or all the things your family is not doing the way you want? Do you think that is possible?

It is possible, but I am not going to tell you that it is easy at first. When you start to calm the chatter, the noise and the incessant banter in your head it will feel like you will never get to a place of calm. But just like riding a bike, you try it. You fall. You get back on, you ride, you fall and eventually you get the hang of it. You start to notice what is chatter and what are thoughts that actually serve you.

I’m going to give you a few questions to keep asking yourself:

  1. Is this thought serving me?

  2. Do I really need to be part of this conversation?

  3. What are the facts in front of me?

Each of these questions help to show if the noise is distracting you from what is really happening. If you want to keep learning more about how to quiet the noise in your head, sign up for a consult call with me, where I can show you how to quiet the incessant chatter, and free up space to have thoughts in your mind that truly serve you. Think of all the time you will get back in your life!
