How much time each day do you think about all the things you hate in your life? What at work bugs you, or what does your spouse/partner/family do that irks you? What scares the shit out of you? Do those thoughts consume you all the time? Sometimes? Or are they triggered due to specific circumstances?
What is the worst that can happen?
I mean it. What if you just stopped having all those thoughts, and thought more about what’s the worst that could happen? Is the worst really that bad? Often the story we tell ourselves about the worst is really not that bad, and the fear of it is holding us back from feeling, being, and doing something amazing.

Your fear or your anxiety is the story you are creating for yourself. Your story is your thoughts. You get to choose those thoughts. What if you chose thoughts that made you think about the BEST thing that could happen?
