Disconnected with yourself

You probably know when you feel off.

Your body hurts.

You feel cranky.

Something is mentally bugging you and you do not know what “it” is.

Typically that means you are doing things that do not match what you value and it has led to you being disconnected with yourself.

Are you thinking, “um, I know that feeling — but what do I do?”

The first step is to start with awareness. When you feel this way, do you just keep going? If so — STOP. Breathe. Stretch. Walk around. Get some water. Notice where does your body hurt. Notice why you feel cranky.

The thing that is bugging you and you don’t know why — that is the blinking light telling you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

It is like when your airpods disconnect from your phone or computer, or your wifi gets disconnected. When that happens you stop and reconnect it or figure out if something needs to be reset.

We have to do the same with ourselves. Stop and reset.

Some of us have been disconnected for a while and it might take more time for the reconnection to be established, but it is possible.

If you know you are not connected to yourself, it’s time to change that - sign up for a free coaching call with me, where I can show you how to maintain your connection with yourself.
