How often do we all struggle with the dream of what we want, but to get there we have to let go of who we are now.
Scary, right?
We can all learn a lot from a butterfly.
While in their cocoon their old body dies, and their new one forms.
They literally have to get rid of the old in order to be their next self.
They are the epitome of change and transformation.
If only we could be like little butterflies and let go of what is no longer serving us and embrace new ideas.
This week I keep seeing butterflies everywhere in our front and back yard.
I am taking it as a sign to embrace new beginnings in my life.
Once we shed the old, we get to try out those new wings.
If you are fascinated with all the ways butterflies can be examples for our own metamorphosis, you can explore more here. (Like how their body digests itself from the inside out while in the cocoon).
AND if you are ready to roll up your sleeves, spend some time in a cocoon deciding what is no longer serving you so you can break out and fly — I would love to chat with you. Sign up for a free call with me and we can see where you want to start.
