Ugh, damn this, why me, WTF?

There is a lot happening in our lives right now.

If we allow it our minds will make us feel like we cannot cope.

That we are depressed.

Or we have pandemic fatigue.

We might even actually have Covid-19 and are sick.

For some of us we are endlessly waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel.

We might be waiting for a while.

So how can we cope now, regardless of what is happening around us?

We start with awareness of our thoughts.

Are we having a half-empty, victim mindset?

Or are we having a half-full, growth mindset? One that looks at the opportunity around us?

I’ve had my share of ugh, damn this, why me, and WTF.

But…when I am in that space, it does nothing for me but make be feel down, frustrated, and limited.

When you have the “ughs, damn this, why me, and WTF” then pause and look at the opportunities around you.

Are you getting more time with your family, more time to work out, less time commuting — AND a continued reminder that we never had control over the future, and won’t know what is next, but what we have is what we choose to think?

What are you going to choose to think?

Hopefully thoughts of hope, and I can do this. If you need help getting past WTF, sign up for a free consult and we can chat more to get you to: I can do this!
