It has been a while since I have introduced myself.

This past year I’ve been going through a bit of a transformation – as a coach and a human. I am reassessing what I want and how I navigate the world. Which, in turn, is making me a more present human and a better coach.

My WHY has not changed: To listen, inspire, be bold and say the hard things… so that others can be seen and see themselves.

HOW I live my WHY is a bit different.

After living so long on other people’s terms, checking the boxes for bosses, employers, family (we all have a list) I am evolving to realize how much I was not living from my heart.

Heart living is HOW I am living my WHY.

Family: My son continues to teach me how to regulate my own nervous system while I do my absolute best to help him learn at a young age how to regulate his emotions and navigate a world that gets crazier and crazier.

Marriage: My husband and I are just a few months away from 20 years of marriage and the day we started on this adventure we were determined to leave the world a better place for others. We decided to do it our way and not be dictated by what the world thought we should be.

Creativity: This has been a dormant area for me, but this past year I have added it back into my life. In a way that allows space for it daily. Color, paint, canvas, paper, messy, chaotic, and playful.

Vibe: Comfy and cozy matters. I usually have a Steve Jobs-like wardrobe – boring black, white, and grey. But in my new HOW I am starting to add more COLOR. My environment shows color in the form of art, design, and bespoke jewelry.

Self-Care: I run as often as possible, love pushing my boundaries and breaking into a sweat. Burning hot salt baths are essential. Time to write and read daily. My mental health always comes first.

Books: I read like crazy, whether to stretch my mind and think about life differently, or to check out into the world of happy novels.

I want my life to be fucking amazing, and nothing like my childhood, and I want you to have everything you want in life. Life coaching and embodiment training have changed my life – how I navigate my work, motherhood, my marriage, how I view the world. It has taught me to continue to see, hear, value, understand and learn from others.

I know and believe it can change yours too.

This has been a transformational year where I’ve focused on how to manifest that shit in my life.

Have you ever worked with a life coach? Want to know more? Post a comment or DM me and we can see what you want and how you want show up in the world.
