My Favorite Books of 2024
Happy New Year!
This past year I read 105 books and, as I always do, I list out my favorite books of the year.
2024 was a year of digging into what I really want in life — and finding insights around creativity, manifesting and joy became a theme for my top 5 non-fiction books. My favorite novels of the year were ones I could not put down. If I had to pick a favorite novel, it would be a tie between Ruth Reichl’s “The Paris Novel” and Laura Dave’s “The Night We Lost Him.”
If you know of Ruth Reichl, she usually writes memoir’s so it was a delight to read a novel. If you haven’t read any of her memoirs and you like food, add her to your list.
You may know Laura Dave from “The Last Thing He Told Me” that came out on Netflix in early 2023, but what you may not know is she has many other novels. Once I found her, I binged all of her books — and “The Night We Lost Him” will also be on Netflix.
