Pivot: From Stress To Gratitude

I have talked to so many folks that have shared how much more stressful life has been.

We are on Zoom calls all day long.

We are not moving around as much during the day.

We are balancing family, work, and health.

And that shows up as stress.

I’ve felt it in my shoulders.

The stress, intensity, and the constant time on our computers.

The unknown, and the uncertainty.

How long will we truly be home?

Weeks or months?

No one really knows and that can be stressful.

But — what if we stopped wondering, and pondering, and we just focused on what was right in front of us?

I have a giggly, precious, truck-loving four-year-old waiting to play UNO, Lego, and ride his bike.

I have a husband that would love my undivided attention.

I am safe at home, have food, and even toilet paper.
