We are used to pushing away what is right in front of us.

If it is painful, we do not want to look at it.

We cover our feelings with alcohol, food, or other distractions.

When we are faced with uncertainty, we go even further into the depths of pushing away our uncomfortable feelings.

Now is the time to listen to our feelings — to listen to our emotions.

This is a time to listen to what are bodies are telling us.

Are you afraid, uncertain, or scared?

If so, stop pushing your feelings away.

Now is the time to pause and treat yourself like you would a friend.

Have compassion for what you are going through.

Feel it. Let it happen. Then let it go.

The uncertainty we are in right now might continue for longer than we can imagine.

It is our job to feel it and then let go of what no longer serves us.

If you want to talk further about uncertainty and the noise in your mind, sign up for a free consult call. I can help you to refocus your thoughts to ones that serve you.
