So much is happening in the world. I have been quiet this week not because I do not have a point of view, but because I want to talk from a place of strength in how I can help. I needed some time to process my own thoughts and feelings before I could offer to help others.

As a confidence coach I work with women, of all colors and socioeconomic backgrounds, different upbringing, and views on life.

What is interesting is that many of them come to me with similar needs.

They want to:

  • Use their voice

  • Speak up

  • Feel confident

The beginning weeks of Covid-19 we saw our communities coming together, and at the wake of our opening back up we see our country torn apart. What a load the universe has brought us this year, and with the heaviness of it all brings such opportunity to do things differently, to be better, to listen more, to get rid of hate.

I am angry, sad, frustrated.

I am also hopeful, see opportunity, and know we can walk forward together.

I am letting myself feel all the feels, and I hope you are too.

As Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms of Atlanta said Friday night: “We are better than this.” We are, and it all starts with how we choose to act and react.

I want to see the collective humanity come together.

I am here to offer free sessions for those of you who do not know what to say right now, and for those of you that are tired and struggling. Together we can work to unearth the confidence already inside you and make a plan of how to move forward.

Let’s walk forward together.
