I am always moving. Running and now biking as well. Anything that gets my heart beating and sweat profusely dripping, until my preschooler tells me I stink and need a shower.
I am a voracious reader of novels, memoirs, business books, and those that have ideas on how to change the world.
I love art, design and jewelry and especially something that is one-of-a-kind.
Life coaching has changed my life, how I navigate my work, my marriage, and my stance as a mother.
It has taught me to continue to see, value and understand others.
