Keep moving forward

I know before Covid I was often going through the motions.

I had gotten used to the routine, to the structure of the day, and often it was really stressful.

I have a new Covid routine that I actually like much better.

Part of the routine allows me to be more intentional about my day.

It is easy to get sucked into what is happening in the world.

Especially this year.

There is so much. TOO much.
