I confess.

I just binged Netflix’s new series “Emily in Paris.” It is sold in as the “Sex in the City” of 2020. I’m not going to say it is amazing television, or anything to write home about, but it did give me a bit of distraction these last few days against the backdrop of all the crazy bullshit happening in the United States right now.

One of the quotes in the trailer encapsulates what we talk about as coaches all the time — a reminder to all of us just how often we create the drama in our lives.

“You are the one bringing the drama.”

All day long we tell ourselves stories of what others think of us, who might be ignoring us, or who we need to please. ALL stories, ALL the time. It is drama we bring into our days based on how we choose to think. What is real and actually happening, and what are all part of what we imagine?

I am here to help you look at your own drama, what is causing you to spin, and how you can imagine a better life.

Call me old, but damn I miss me some Carrie Bradshaw!
