What did you learn about YOU today?

So often we go through the motions of life full of routine.

We do the same thing over and over.

Rinse and repeat.

Over the past year in the pandemic, the rinse and repeat cycle feels even more blatant.

My husband (who does all the cooking) feels like he is constantly making food.

I am constantly cleaning up after the food-making in our home.

Some things can be rinse and repeat.

Like how Steve Jobs wore the same outfit — things that allow us to use less brain power and energy.

Where we should break or take a pause from a routine is to learn — about ourselves, others and the world around us.

How are you living with a growth mindset?

How are you questioning things you disagree with or things that seem routine and do not have to be?

What if you approached each day with curiosity and looked at everything with a new view?

What can you discover about yourself today?

I learned today that I might not be in complete alignment with what I want and how I am living. Now I get to figure out how to shift things so I am in alignment.
