Never lose your sense of wonder

How much of your day is filled with WONDER?

The wow, tingly, excited, newness, awe, never-seen-that-before wonder?

Do you ever really think about it, or are the days so routine that you have stopped noticing the things around you?

I love watching my son as he tries something new and gets so excited about something he has never seen or known before.

When did that stop for us adults? How did we lose our way?

As soon as I thought about wonder, this song came to me - “I hope you dance” by Lee Ann Womack. It’s a bit cheesy, but I love this line: “I hope you never lose your sense of wonder.”

In order to actually have wonder in your life, you have to be present — or you will not see the wonder around you.

The butterflies, the gesture of love, the crazy dance in the kitchen, the kid that just comes up and says, “I love you.”

I’m here to help you see all the wonder in your life. Reach out if you feel stuck and want to dig in and find more of it in your life.

I’m curious how you may fill your days with wonder!
