How do you feel nourished? And how often do you feel nourished?

It can mean so many things:

  • Drinking ice cold water after a grueling workout

  • Being sun-kissed after a day outside

  • A deep talk with a good friend

  • Snuggles with your family

  • A massage after a long hard week

When you are nourished you can breathe again.

You feel filled up.

It should be absolute bliss.

But — do we really nourish ourselves? Or are we waiting until we have accomplished some goal before we really take care of ourselves?

If so, aren’t we missing out?

How are you cultivating, stretching, strengthening, encouraging and pampering yourself?

What if we are not supposed to be killing ourselves to be good, successful, and complete?

What if really all it is about is to learn, love, and be nourished?
