These past weeks, months and few years the world has thrown us curveball after curveball -- it can be hard to be able to navigate it all.

Now there can be fear of being able to safely play basketball outside with your kid, going to the store or feeling uncomfortable driving through a different part of town -- and things are probably not going to get any easier any time soon.

How do we navigate an uncertain world and not live in constant fear?

We all have to continue to LIVE our lives.

We cannot stay at home and live in fear as human connection is necessary for survival and growth.

When we are bombarded with news stories of all the awful things happening, we can get overwhelmed and afraid and shut down or we can get angry and want to fight with others.

Sometimes it is all too much.

So the best we can do is be more present and aware in our life.

Take more time to for ourselves -- pause and be still.

In these still moments, clarity often comes.

When we are clear, present and maybe multi-task a little less, we have more awareness of the world around us.

It will prove to not only bring situational safety, but it will calm your nervous system — a victory all around.

If you think this is all too hard, I am here to help. I have a few coaching slots open. Schedule time to learn more about how together we can create habits in your life to pause and be still.
