Three things to improve your life

Every once in a while I like to share things that have made my life easier. Somehow in the course of a few weeks I have 3 things to share. Each of these things can improve your life -- by ensuring you put better things in and on your body, saving time and brainspace and giving you more time for you to get to know you.

Luka app:

I've been working through health issues since I got Covid in January 2021. As I continue to explore what I can do to ease my symptoms, a fellow colleague shared the Luka app with me. You can scan food and cosmetics to determine if they have hazardous or toxic chemicals or additives.

It is beyond addicting.

And it has also literally meant we have scanned our pantry and bathroom closet and found we had both food and lotions, soaps, deodorant that were horrible for us. We've now found new options to try with little to no additives, preservatives, or toxic chemicals.

The app not only gives it a rating out of 100, it tells what the toxic ingredients are, and gives you better alternatives.

I was at Trader Joe's yesterday and I literally checked everything before putting in my cart. It even works online if you are able to get an image of the UPC code.

Life changing for my family's health and body!

Arc browser:

You know that meme that talks about how many tabs are open in a woman's brain? That's me.

And then I found a Fast Company article a few weeks ago sharing about this new browser. I tried it today and have literally consolidated at LEAST 10 windows with at LEAST 10 tabs within the windows.

I now have ONE window, 3 spaces (home, business, volunteering) where I can have folders on the different things I'm working on. I have not even scratched the surface of the functionality but it is so far life changing for this woman's brain and to not have to have a zillion Chrome windows open but my online life in ONE window.

Have a Better Relationship with Yourself:

Do you have an intentional moment of pause each day just for you?

With so much happening in the world right now (politics, wars, shooting incidents -- and so much more), it can be hard to feel settled in your body.

In order to process what is happening in the world today it is important to have a daily practice where you get to be alone with YOU, to be quiet and listen to your inner voice.

Take a look at my free 3-step guide that will allow you pause, get quiet and listen to what is happening inside.

I'd love to hear what you think of Luka, Arc and my free guide.

Enjoy!
