Everything in our life is a story we tell ourselves — and what matters MOST is what we make it mean. The stories I hear most from my clients are often about work, spouses or family:
“My boss does not care about my work.” — What do you make it mean about you?
“My husband does not listen to me.” — Really, is that true? If so, what do you make it mean about you?
“My family is not interested in me.” — So, what do you make that mean?
The story that really matters is that we matter, that we have value, that we are worthy.
What is your story?
What are you telling yourself?
Does it come from a place of goodness? Do you know and believe that you are good and you matter?
Or does the story you continue to tell come from a place of lack? That you do not matter, and are not lovable?
I’m here to tell you that you are lovable. YOU ARE.
You are loved, needed, wanted — right now.
Remember, whatever is happening around us, it is what we make it mean that matters most.
